Come for the Dachshunds, Stay for the Voice

Headshot

Bethany Arrington-Peck (she/her) is a Central New York-based voiceover talent and actor. She originally hails from Carmel, Indiana and holds her B.F.A in Theatre Performance from the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) where she studied under Steppenwolf Ensemble Member, Yasen Peyankov. She also studied under David H. Lawrence XVII (Heroes, How I Met Your Mother) in his program, VOHeroes, as a "Pro." She has since gone on to coach fellow voice talent alongside David and his team.

Bethany is known for her her fast turn around, high quality audio, and terribly Midwestern sense of humor with a touch of sass. Her warm and energetic spirit both personally and professionally keeps her clients coming back time and again. When not on mic she can be found reading, playing with her miniature dachshunds; Tobias and Buster, or torturing herself in a pilates class.

Bethany is a proudly disabled voice talent having been diagnosed as hard of hearing in 2023. She wears hearing aids in both of her ears and is a fierce advocate for inclusive and authentic casting in the voiceover space. She is currently working on several pieces of writing to share her experience as a young person living with a disability and how perseverance takes many gentle forms.
